Misool Eco Resort will welcome our first guests in October 2008. Holidays will be offered in 11-night packages, departing Sorong on alternating Sundays.

We are now accepting bookings. Please enter your information in the fields below, and a booking agent will respond to your enquiry promptly.

Reservations:

We will be happy to make a reservation for you. In order to guarantee your booking, your Confirmation Deposit of 25% of the package price must be transferred to our bank account within 10 days. This will secure your reservation until 90 days prior to the commencement of your holiday at Misool Eco Resort, at which time your Balance Payment is due. If you would like to make a reservation within 90 days of the commencement of your holiday, kindly transfer 100% of the package price. Should your Confirmation Deposit or Balance Payment fail to reach our account within the said time period, your reservation may be cancelled without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Should you need to cancel your holiday, please be advised of the following refund schedule. If you must cancel 90 or more days before the start of your holiday, we will gladly refund you money, minus 200 Euros per person. If cancelling between 60 and 89 days prior to your holiday, we will refund your money minus 400 Euros per person. For cancellationa between 30 and 59 days prior to your holiday, we will refund your money minus 600 Euros per person, and cancellations 29 days or fewer will be offered no refund.

Transfers:

You may transfer/substitute your holiday to another person.

Safety and Liability:

All diving guests must be certified Scuba Divers. You will be asked to present your valid Certification Card upon arrival. Travel Insurance and Dive Insurance are mandatory. Refunds will not be given unless the Refund Policy is adhered to. This includes situations beyond you control, including but not limited to ill health, inclement weather, airline strikes, flight cancellations/delays, etc. You will also need to sign an indemnification form before you arrive.
